We’re running a Pizza-Making 101 workshop as part of the 2024 Cork on a Fork Fest. The focus will be on learning how to make a pizza from scratch at home. Participants will make their own dough & learn how to shape & top a pizza. Everyone gets a pizza on the day, and bring home dough to practice at home. What

Our chef will demonstrate how to stretch the dough, add sauce, toppings, & cook the pizza in a wood-fired oven. Pick up some top tips & making your own pizza under the guidance of our chef. Everyone gets a pizza on the day and bring home dough to practice with later.

The Franciscan Well beer maestro will be there with a fab selection of Franciscan Well beers, brewed locally at the Cork Docklands. Bask in the glory when your freshly baked pizza comes out of the oven & enjoy it with a complimentary Franciscan Well beer.
